This software package is designed to take care of the needs of the management of a manufacturing facility.

- The software includes indent of raw material and packaging materials by issue of purchase orders.

- Receipt of the ordered material and update of inventory and accounts is the next step.

- Quality checks if required are performed on the incoming materials and only after passing the necessary quality parameters are the stocks    updated in inventory.

- Production scheduling and batch wise production sheets with facility for  issue of materials from the stores for a multi product manufacturing unit are available. Only those batches will be permitted to be scheduled for which all raw materials and packaging materials are available.

- The management can monitor the production department personnel for productivity and downtime of facilities.

- The finished goods produced are updated in stocks and billing with facility for excise and sales tax billing are available on line.

- The package is password protected and access to various features is limited by the password.

- The additional module is that of salary manager. Herein the attendance is marked either by individuals themselves or by an operator and    leaves, overtime, P.F., ESI, etc are monitored. The management can identify habitual absentees and late comers. Salary slips can be prepared from the module.

- The accounts are also updated accordingly.

- The additional module for the service industry includes complaint booking, followup, assigning the work to the service personnel and their reportings.

- The management is facilitated by identifying the followup of complaints    and can evaluate the performance of service personnel.
