Complaint Management System

This  package  has  been  designed  for giving the vendors an excellent opportunity  for  better  customer  service . The  system  records  the complaints which come from customers.

As soon as the complaint is registered, it is checked whether the product is under warranty or not. If it is under warranty period, it is checked that the part for which the complaint has been made is covered under warranty or not. If it is covered by the warranty, and if it is repairable an automatic intimation is being generated and forwarded to the service engineer and follow up of all the complaints allocated to the service engineer are taken from the service engineer.

If the part is irreparable then an automatic intimation is generated for the supplier in the form of a report stating the product number, the part number and the bill number along with date to get the part replaced.

At the end of the day when all the data has been gathered the reports are generated stating the current status of the complaints which are taken care of as well as of those which are pending.

The system also generates the date wise monthly, quarterly, half yearly as well as yearly reports of all the complaints which have been attended as well as the ones which are pending.
